SANS Cyber Defense Initiative 2022 Featured Keynote: An Industry on Fire! A Cybersecurity Fireside Chat with Brandon Wales and Rob Lee
Executive Director Brandon Wales of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and Rob Lee, Chief Curriculum Director and SANS Faculty Fellow, will enter the “Ring of Fire” with our attendees both online and in-person for an attendee-engaging fireside chat! The fireside chat will poll the audience to gather attendee insight in-person and online. We will collect attendee questions and help upvote topics they would like to see addressed.
Some of the initial topics we will focus on:
1. What are the fires raging in the cyber security industry today?
2. How can the government and industry partner together to help tackle some of these challenges?
3. How did CISA get to where it is today as a leader in the industry and government?
4. What have been some of CISA’s most significant accomplishments?
We won’t stop there! – the fireside chat will be driven and led by Rob and the attendees as we weave in and out of the current events in the industry as we address trending topics through an informal and interactive session for all the participants.
