SecOps teams often hire people who can hit the ground running because it costs too much to get them up to speed. Industry stats show it takes 90 days before the business starts seeing value from a new employee and roughly a year to recoup hiring costs. Instead of throwing new hires into the fire, security teams need a methodological approach to make onboarding faster and more effective.

This webcast will share how Red Canary built and executed a new training model to reinvent personnel training and professional development. Learn how to apply a repeatable process to help new analysts of any skill level become fully functional and self-sufficient within a month.

Attendees will learn:

  •    4-week training matrix, schedule, and playbook
  •    Operational practices to drive lateral growth opportunities
  •    Addressing common challenges of skill gaps, job satisfaction, career progression, and talent shortages
  •    Why abandoning a tiered structure can improve efficiency and retention
