With five years of experience in Customer Success Management, specializing in software and digital advertising, Robbie has valuable expertise in this field. He utilizes Agile and Scrum processes to enhance clients' experience and progress organizational success. Robbie’s background in establishing processes, coupled with a unique perspective on advertising and experience managing large teams, enables him to pursue client achievement effectively. As a Certified Scrum Master, he offers comprehensive and efficient services to clients. In his spare time, Robbie coaches a high school Speech and Debate team, and has coached national champions in that field. It is a pursuit he has used to hone his leadership and communication skills.
