Fernando Maymí, Ph.D., CISSP, (fernando.maymi@ironnet.com) is the Vice-President of Training at IronNet, where he leads training programs for customers and partners worldwide. Previously, he led the delivery of consulting services in the company as its Director of Professional Services. Fernando is one of the founders and the first Deputy Director of the Army Cyber Institute at West Point, the Army’s think tank for strategic issues in cyberspace. This role capped a 25-year career in the U.S. Army, most of which was spent teaching and researching cybersecurity issues at the U.S. Military Academy. His publications include the CISSP All-in-One Exam Guide and the Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) All-in-One Exam Guide.
