Eric Lugo

Lugo leads the threat detection & response product team at Sysdig, he has been with Sysdig since 2019 where he started as a technical account manager. He has worked with or on nearly every feature and product at Sysdig. Lugo started his career at Rackspace, where customer empathy is always a priority. This customer first mindset has followed him his entire career, from Cloudflare, to NGINX & Google. Putting customers first has always led him to a security mindset in every organization he joined, he wanted to solidify his security career and ultimately found his way to Sysdig.
