John Pescatore to Offer 2020 Cybersecurity Outlook at SANS San Diego Training Event

Will Provide Insight into Changes in Threats, Technology, Regulations and Security Employment Trends

SANS Institute, the global leader in information security training, today announced the impending Emerging Trends in Cybersecurity: 2020 Outlook keynote address at SANS Security West 2017. Taking place May 9 - 18 in San Diego, CA, SANS Security West will feature hands-on immersion style training and bonus evening discussions. Cybersecurity expert and SANS' Director of Emerging Security Trends, John Pescatore, will deliver the keynote address.

According to Pescatore, "Attackers will continue to evolve and improve their tactics and techniques. However, business technology trends such as DevOps, IoT and the next wave of online commerce will have an equal, if not bigger, impact on security programs. We will also see an enormous change in how security programs are staffed, funded and organized.
