SANS Announces Agenda for 2017 Dallas, Texas Security Training Event

Course Line-Up to Include Core Fundamentals, Penetration Testing, and Security Management

SANS Institute, the global leader in information security training, today announced the agenda for SANS Dallas 2017 taking place February 27 - March 4. The event will feature hands-on immersion style InfoSec training courses for security professionals of all levels and bonus evening discussions. All courses are associated with a GIAC Certification.

According to SANS Dallas keynote speaker and instructor of the SEC505: Securing Windows and PowerShell Automation course, Jason Fossen, "Dallas, Austin and Houston form the technology triangle of Texas and the need for trained security professionals for these areas is growing fast. SANS is helping to fill this need with a stellar line-up of courses and instructors at its second annual Dallas training event."

SANS Dallas 2017 will offer classes for newbies and seasoned professionals alike. For those new to information security, SANS will offer SEC401: Security Essentials Bootcamp Style and MGT414: SANS Training Program for CISSP(R) Certification. More seasoned professionals will benefit from courses such as SEC501: Advanced Security Essentials - Enterprise Defender, SEC560: Network Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking and MGT512: SANS Security Leadership Essentials for Managers with Knowledge Compression(TM).
