Jorge Orchilles currently serves as a Senior Director at Verizon, where he leads the Readiness and Proactive Security Team. His team specializes in Exposure & Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, Red Team, Purple Team, and AI Red Team.

Dean Parsons, CEO of ICS Defense Force, teaches ICS515 and co-authors ICS418, emphasizing ICS-specific detection, incident response, and security programs that support OT operations—aligning practitioners and leaders on clear, defensible action.

With 30 years in cyber and intelligence operations, Chris Pizor teaches SEC504 and SEC497 to help students master OSINT techniques, incident response, and hands-on defense skills shaped by real-world missions.

Ian has been fortunate enough to have designed, delivered, supported, and fixed systems across the world. He is a GIAC Advisory Board member and currently holds 20+ security certifications.

Clay holds a Bachelor’s and Master's in Computer Science from Southeastern OK State University, as well as a numerous certifications. The highlight of his career has been seeing his students graduate to jobs in software development and security.

With more than 25 years of experience across security, infrastructure, and program leadership, Jonathan brings practical real-world insight to vulnerability management leadership and training.

Greg Scheidel, SANS Instructor and Chief Cyber Security Officer at ECS, draws on three decades of IT and cyber leadership to show how hands-on defense and strategic decision-making unite to strengthen enterprise security.

James Shewmaker, founder of Bluenotch Corporation, has over two decades of technical experience in IT, primarily developing appliances for automation and security for broadcast radio, internet, and satellite devices.

Peter is a Senior Security Engineer with IBM, and previously worked with both defensive and offensive red teams. He works daily to bring actionable intelligence out of disparate security devices for customers, making systems interoperable.

David has 10+ years of professional experience in penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability assessment and management, security monitoring, security architecture design, incident response, digital forensics, and software development.

Brian Ventura, a Partner at Cyverity, an information security consulting firm specializing in governance, focuses on enterprise information security governance, risk, and compliance.
