Compliance Engineers are responsible for monitoring daily operations that ensure compliance within the organization. They manage compliance data in coordination with engineering teams and support compliance managers by keeping regulations up to date. The role involves material-based and component-based engineering changes, secure software practices, and new product reviews to ensure compliance is embedded into technical processes.
Compliance Engineers need to grow from a foundation in security and frameworks (T1) to applied secure development practices and compliance integration (T2–T3), and eventually into enterprise-level compliance strategy, automation, and audit oversight (T4–T5). The following courses provide a clear roadmap to support that progression.
