Before joining, I had no formal cybersecurity background, but I had a passion for IT security. The program helped bridge the gap between my existing IT knowledge and real-world security practices. The structured learning, particularly the application of concepts to real-world scenarios, made a significant impact. By the time I completed the training, I felt well-equipped to take on cybersecurity challenges in my organization.

This program has not only enhanced my career but also reinforced the cybersecurity resilience of my organization. Before the program, I worked as a Network Engineer, handling cybersecurity operations alone at my organization. The Cyber Security Leaders Program significantly deepened my understanding of security concepts, particularly how adversaries exploit systems and how to mitigate threats effectively. The teaching approach, which emphasized engagement and real-world application, made complex topics more accessible. Now, I feel more confident in strengthening our cybersecurity measures, implementing advanced security protocols, and proactively defending against cyber threats.
