Role Description 

Security Engineers focus on security engineering, infrastructure hardening, and security operations. They design, build, and maintain secure systems, integrate security into DevOps processes, harden infrastructure, and apply cloud and application security principles to protect enterprise environments.

BLUF 

Security Engineers require a deep mix of hands-on technical skills and security design expertise. This roadmap builds from foundational security knowledge (T1) through secure coding, DevOps integration, and threat modeling (T2–T3) into enterprise-level architecture analysis and infrastructure defense (T4–T5).
