Some people in infosec are so effective, get so much done, and are so successful, that the term "Rock Star" is entirely accurate. They all have a core set of skills beyond simply technical.

What are these core critical skills? How can we develop them and be more successful, get more done, and be more effective in our work?

In Ted Demopoulos's research, surveying, talking to, interviewing, and basically hanging out with infosec professionals that are so successful that the moniker “Rock Star" is often entirely appropriate, he has distilled 5 critical professional, and sometimes even life, skills.
