Zarin Hamid

With six years of experience in cybersecurity and cyber threat intelligence, Zarin Hamid brings a multidisciplinary lens to understanding adversarial behavior and protecting vulnerable sectors. She began her career on a tactical CTI team at a major financial institution, cross-training in fraud, physical security, and strategic intelligence. She built and implemented a ransomware response program for third-and-fourth-party risk, which later informed her work in the energy sector.

Currently, she serves as an Intelligence Analyst at the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA), where she leads brand and consumer protection efforts and acts as a liaison between the retail sector and federal law enforcement. She also mentors recent college graduates in cybersecurity, including women of color and individuals with disabilities, helping them navigate and thrive in the field.
