Will Loucks

Will Loucks is currently Senior Director for Intelligence at the White House Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD). He is responsible for advising the National Cyber Director on global state-sponsored and criminal cyber threats and integrating intelligence insights into national cyber policy. Prior to ONCD, he served for several years as an intelligence analyst. Mr. Loucks holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
