Sarah Augustian

Sarah is a Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Specialist based in Dubai, currently working at Emirates Group IT across Human Risk Management and Cyber Risk. She supports the design and delivery of the human risk program, with a focus on shifting from activity-based awareness to measurable behaviour change. Her work includes evolving reporting from output KPIs to behavioural metrics.

In her role, she contributes to security education initiatives reaching 100,000+ employees globally, while building internal reporting and workflow solutions. She develops leadership and stakeholder dashboards for phishing simulation reporting, improves visibility across international entities, and supports program execution through automation and process design.

Sarah holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and is PSPO I, SSAP, and CompTIA Network+ certified.
