I lead the People-centric security team at Genpact. Genpact is a global professional services firm that delivers business outcomes that transform industries and shape the future. I am passionate about encouraging staff to make sensible security decisions and changing security behaviors from "have to" to "want to." I've been a part of the Information security team for around 11 years. I have a strong propensity towards BJ Fogg’s behavior model, which says behavior happens when three things come together at the same moment: motivation to do the behavior, ability to do the behavior, and a prompt. And to drive a behavioral change, small habits need to change, and for that, things must be easy. That is the mantra of our team: make security simple and easy. I am a certified CISM, ISO 27001 LA, LI, and ISO 31000 professional. I spoke during the 2020 Sans Security Awareness Summit and received the Gartner CISO Security Awareness Forum's Most Valuable Player award.
