Global Product Owner responsible for Security Awareness Programs at Heineken. With my background acoustic engineer and jazz singer and professional experience in Agile Coaching, Product Development and Organizational Transformations. Before joining Cyber forces, I was working as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, building products, portfolios and shaping innovative product strategies. Five years ago, I joined Heineken, where I was in a core Team of building current security portfolio and then took a lead for Security by Culture Product. I am extremely passionate about humans – their behaviors, motivations and differences. For me they are not a “weak link” but the greatest strength to build cyber resilient organizations. When I am not fully focused about cyber awareness, I’m occasionally singing at jazz gigs or hiking Polish mountains with my dog.
