Jen Sovada—a Forbes 50 Over 50 honoree and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel—is the General Manager for Public Sector at Claroty, a leader in OT cybersecurity. She is also the founder of Boadicea Solutions, a consultancy focused on emerging technologies, public-sector growth, and talent strategy.
Previously, Jen served as Global Public Sector President at SandboxAQ, where she led initiatives at the intersection of quantum and AI, and as Chief Futures Officer at MissionTech Solutions, acquired by Avantus Federal in 2020.
In addition to her executive roles, Jen contributes to the Tech Leaders and Innovators Council at the National Security Institute’s Cyber and Tech Center within George Mason University’s Scalia Law School. She also serves on Beazley’s cyber council, advises several early-stage startups, and is a venture advisor to Squadra Ventures.
