Previously she worked at MITRE in roles such as the Chief Engineer for MITRE’s support to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Department Manager for Defensive Operations within MITRE’s Cyber Innovation Center, and as the technical project leader at a multi-agency National Cyber Center. Prior to joining MITRE, she was a SOC analyst, malware and forensic analyst, and cyber threat intelligence analyst for Northrop Grumman and served in the U.S. Army as a systems administrator and network engineer.She is the co-author of the freely available book “11 Strategies of a World-Class Cybersecurity Operations Center.” Ingrid has held a number of certifications throughout her career, currently active are the GIAC GSOM and CISSP.
