Haekeem Oseni

Hakeem Oseni is a Director of Security Operations at Salesforce, where he leads the Cybersecurity Operations Center's SecOps team and drives the company's transformation toward an Agentic SOC. In 2026, Hakeem presented at RSAC and Google Next on the future of autonomous security operations—including how Salesforce is deploying AI-powered threat hunting, agentic incident response, and Slack-first security workflows built on frameworks like Agentforce, the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

His team leads the CrowdStrike AgentWorks + Agentforce integration—bringing AI-driven threat hunting and lightning-fast investigations into a next-generation CSOC.

Prior to Salesforce, Hakeem served as Vice President of Encryption Services at Wells Fargo's Cybersecurity division. Earlier in his career, he served as CIO for Absa Wealth in South Africa and founded technology startups across Africa. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business and a Master of Information and Cybersecurity from UC Berkeley.

Hakeem serves on the Program Committee for [un]prompted, an AI security practitioner conference dedicated to sharp talks, real demos, and conversations that matter. He also serves on the Bay Area leadership team of Cyversity, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people from underserved communities build careers in cybersecurity, and on the Board of JVS, a nonprofit transforming lives through employment and skill-building.
