About Devon Rollins

Devon Rollins is a distinguished cybersecurity executive serving as the Global Head of Security Operations and Incident Response at Morgan Stanley.

With a national reputation for advancing cyber investigations and securing emerging technologies, Rollins brings nearly two decades of experience leading elite cyber intelligence and engineering teams. His accolades include induction into the NSF Cyber Corps Scholarship for Service Hall of Fame, the Circle of Excellence Award at Capital One, and MITRE’s President’s Award.

Rollins has also made significant contributions to federal efforts to combat cybercrime with the FBI and is a recognized thought leader in cybersecurity policy and community STEM initiatives. He holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Information Security Policy and lives in Washington, DC with his wife and 2 kids.
