Christos Gourzoulidis is a Cloud Security Expert at NVISO, where he helps organizations across a range of sectors assess, harden, and maintain their cloud security posture and compliance. His expertise spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, cloud governance, identity security, and security architecture.
With a background in systems engineering, Christos brings a practical perspective to cloud security, combining hands-on infrastructure experience with a deep understanding of security controls, governance, and real-world operational challenges.
Christos holds a master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Piraeus and several certifications, including GIAC GCAD, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. He's an active member of the ISC2 Hellenic Chapter, volunteers at community events like Global Azure Athens, and regularly speaks to students in the University of Piraeus information security master's program he graduated from.
Outside of work, he's usually traveling, hiking, reading on leadership, or trying out a new kitchen recipe.
