Cyber Talent Pilot Successfully Concluded
Ralf Schneider, Allianz Senior Fellow and Head of Cybersecurity and NextGenIT, shares how a new pilot program, developed in partnership with the SANS Institute, is helping reshape how the industry discovers and develops cybersecurity talent.
With over 1,000 applicants and strong early outcomes, the pilot demonstrated a scalable, inclusive model for building cyber workforce resilience across industries and geographies.

Here's what our graduates have to say
For Lucide Pascale, a graduate from Rwanda, the Academy helped shape her career path: “With the skills I have learned, I am able to protect IT systems from hackers, something that I have learned to love and therefore would like to make it my profession. With all that I have learned, I can empower and inspire other young women who want to enter the field of cybersecurity.”
