It's roughly the same length as a finished entry would be, just long enough to check wrapping, line height, and truncation behavior at different breakpoints before real copy goes in. Anyone can put "expert" in a bio. Our instructors put it in print, in code, and in the frameworks the industry now runs on. This is the paper trail.
Dummy description copy for a book entry — stands in for the real blurb about what the book covers and why a student would want to pick it up.
Dummy description copy for an open-source tool entry — one line on what it does and who built it, swapped out once real content is ready.
Dummy description copy for a research or framework entry — a one-sentence stand-in for the actual abstract or summary.
Nik has been a great instructor to have. He explained the course content clearly and was always ready to answer any questions. I would love to have Nik as my instructor for any other class that I take.
I have only just recently entered my professional career. I thought you three SEC612 instructors [including Jason Dely] were among the most knowledgeable and engaging instructors I have ever had (that includes college).
The instructor was super knowledgeable about the topics in the course and did an excellent job at explaining even the most complicated concepts. Great instructor for an intro course! I would 100% recommend this course to others, especially with Ross. All the concepts are explained so well and reinforced with the labs.
