In this presentation we investigate how the term Enterprise Security Architecture and Enterprise Security Architect came about. We will be discussing the attributes of the field of Enterprise Security Architecture. What it is. Where it originated, and how it is being applied today.
We will also discuss why the term Security Architect as we use it today may or may not be accurate. This will be an interactive session asking the audience to participate with their own experiences and understanding.
My hope is to provide a foundation for using the term Enterprise Security Architect, and Enterprise Security Architecture, in a way that resonates, and is compatible with the reality of what the program entails.
