Contact UsHave you heard that SANS has a new Advanced Python Automation class? Are you interested in trying out some of the content? Join us for this workshop where Senior SANS Instructor and course author Mark Baggett will deliver the first hour and a half of content. But wait, isn't the first hour and a half always introductions and no real hands on material? Maybe in other classes but not in this one. Come check it out!
Prerequisites: This course is an advanced Python class and it assumes that you know some python. Students will need to understand the core essentials of Python programming to get the most out of this workshop.
System Requirements: Although SEC673 does provide a preconfigured Virtual Machine, this workshop does not. You will need to have a Linux system with Python 3.10 and GIT installed. If you are using a Debian based distribution such as Ubuntu will also need the Python3-venv, python3-pip and git installed. Setup instructions will be mailed to participants after registration is complete.
Please note – we will not be able to troubleshoot or support any local access or browser issues.
