Artificial intelligence is being shoveled into nearly every application you use. Developers are incorporating AI coding assistants into their workflows, and AI is supposedly going to solve all our problems—forever! Adversaries are using it, defenders are using it, and you’re probably using it too (whether you like it or not).
In a world where intelligence is increasingly artificial, is there still a place for organic (cyber threat) intelligence?
This talk will highlight the pitfalls of incorporating artificial intelligence into analytical workflows, explore the areas where it can add value, and offer a perspective that is both skeptical and cautiously optimistic on where CTI may go in the age of AI.
