Will Baxter

Will began his career serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, then joined US-CERT (now CISA) as a Network Security Analyst, spending over a decade in government and military cyber defense. Transitioning to the private sector, he joined Koch Industries where he served as a Senior Security Analyst and Engineer, later advancing into leadership roles including Enterprise Security Architect, CIO, CTO, and CISO. Will joined Team Cymru in April 2022 and now serves as Field CISO, specializing in advanced threat intelligence, threat hunting, and helping organizations operationalize threat insights to improve cyber resilience.
