Thomas Harvey

Thomas Harvey is a cybersecurity and risk leader with over 20 years’ experience across UK national security, critical infrastructure, and global finance. As Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Fraud Prevention at Santander UK, he leads enterprise cyber strategy, threat response, and regulatory engagement. A former UK Government and BP cyber executive, he has built global security functions and services. He serves on the UK Government Cyber Security Advisory Board and the Cyber Defence Alliance. A Carnegie Mellon CISO graduate, he is also a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and resilience in emerging tech.
