Dr. Stefanie Frey

Dr. Stefanie Frey is Managing Director of Deutor Cyber Security Solutions GmbH, specializing in developing strategies and solutions against criminal activities in the digital space for states, international organizations, and companies, working closely with law enforcement authorities and other relevant security agencies. She is a certified IT emergency and business continuity manager, ISO 27001 and data protection, advising companies on developing and implementing resilience measures. She worked for several years for the Swiss government as the coordinator for the implementation of the Swiss National Cyber Strategy. Dr. Frey actively shapes the regional and global cybersecurity agenda with international and regional organizations. She is a member of the Swiss Armaments Commission and a lecturer at the University of the Bundeswehr for Cyber Crisis Management and Cybersecurity. Dr. Frey holds a PhD from the Department of War Studies at King's College London, an MBA from the International School of Management (ISM) in Dortmund, and has several publications on cybersecurity, the Cold War, and World War II.
