Stacy Bresler

Stacy Bresler is a critical infrastructure security consultant with nearly 30 years of experience in OT and IT environments across the electric, water and wastewater, oil and gas, financial services, and government sectors. He started his career at Chevron in 1996 supporting enterprise technology transitions, then designed secure online banking systems for U.S. Bancorp. In 2001, he joined PacifiCorp, where he helped build its first cybersecurity team and was later appointed as the company’s Corporate Information Security Officer. Stacy also served as one of the first NERC CIP auditors at WECC, where he helped shape reliability and security regulatory practices—especially those related to audit methods—before co-founding Archer Energy Solutions in 2014. He is a certified NIST CSF 2.0 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Cadence Project Manager, and NERC Lead Auditor, holding multiple internationally recognized security certifications. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for EnergySec, promoting security workforce development and training nationwide.
