Spencer is the Product Lead for the SecOps Investigation and Gemini product areas in Google SecOps. Prior to this role, he spent over a decade in the cybersecurity space at RSA, Cisco Security, and startups in the defense sector. Spencer has deep practitioner expertise in cybersecurity and product development, with a focus on SOC workflows and hunting platforms. He began his career in the public sector working on offensive cyber operations for the defense industry. Spencer holds an MS from Georgetown University and a BA from American University.
