Sharat Ganesh

Sharat Ganesh is the Head of Product Marketing at WitnessAI, a Series A cybersecurity startup working at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity in the San Francisco Bay Area, US. His cybersecurity career straddles leadership roles in engineering, product management and product marketing at Mandiant, Tanium, Lacework, and Google. Beyond his corporate role, he serves as a Mentor/Advisor at the National Center of Excellence- Cybersecurity at the Government of India and as a Product Executive in Residence at Mighty Capital VC firm, where he supports and mentors entrepreneurs on GTM strategies, product development, and optimizing business cadence. With over 14 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, he has established himself as a leader in the field particularly in the areas of cloud security, security operations, endpoint security and threat intelligence. He holds a master's degree in telecommunications and network security from the University of Colorado at Boulder, US and a bachelor's in engineering from Anna University, India.
