Scott Durand

Scott is a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst with just over 2 years in CTI, and has prior experience as a SOC analyst for 1.5 years. In Scott's current role in Deloitte's CTI team, he is a part of the Analysis and Production team where he conducts Research and Analysis on different cyber threats, threat actors, and malware campaigns that are likely to impact the professional services sector, and Deloitte.

Scott is responsible for answering stakeholder Requests for Information, creating threat actor campaigns based on intrusion analysis, and supporting ad-hoc requests for other Cyber Defense teams across Deloitte. Scott is passionate about uncovering overlaps between internal and external data, such as matching specific MITRE ATT&CK techniques or identifying infrastructure similarities, to help determine which threat actors have recently been attributed to this activity.
