Sashy O'Connor

Sashy O'Connor is the Director of Operations and an Employment Specialist for The Grow Group Inc, a Non Profit in Tampa, FL, providing workforce development and career services for over 12 years. She specializes in learning new program initiatives, assisting with their inception and then helping them to evolve throughout the State of Florida. Creating relationships with big-box and small businesses, she assists with breaking down barriers and erasing stigmas for people with disabilities and other marginalized populations, allowing them to find meaningful employment in their chosen career path. 

In 2017, she started Kinetic Employment Solutions, a certified Woman-Owned Business, and works as a career consultant and etiquette coach for local colleges and universities, as well as with C-Level career seekers throughout Tampa Bay. 

She attended the University of Georgia where she obtained her Master’s Degree of Education in Adult Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development. She is a Certified Supported Employment Specialist and completed the Citizen-Centered Leadership Community of Practice Certification program from Cornell University as well as the Post-Crisis Leadership Certification course from the University of South Florida.
