Samantha Phillips

Samantha Phillips is Co-Founder and Culture Strategist at Security & Culture Cyber Interventions Co. She recently earned her PhD in Cyber Studies from The University of Tulsa, where her research focused on measuring security culture and behavior using practical, behavior-based approaches. Her work bridges research and real-world application, helping organizations move beyond awareness metrics to better understand how employees make security decisions. Samantha has collaborated with multiple organizations, including work within the energy sector, to assess security culture and design more effective, targeted interventions.
