Raymond Ung

Raymond Ung is focused on bridging the global-to-local knowledge gap and uplifting the baseline OT competency across the OT community in Singapore. His extensive experience in the design, development, and maintenance of OT operational and security systems in both the private and public sectors positions him well to contribute to this initiative. Raymond is also a Chartered Engineer for System Engineering and holds numerous professional certifications in cyber risk management, OT and IT cybersecurity, cyber incident response, and training and assessment.

Additionally, he serves as the Senior Assistant Director of the Critical Information Infrastructure Division at the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA), where he oversees cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, and drives programmes to enhance sectoral cyber capabilities and CII protection to strengthen cyber resiliency.
