Pooyan Hamidi

Pooyan Hamidi is a cybersecurity, data protection, and digital trust leader with more than 10 years of experience helping large organizations design and implement practical security and compliance programs. His work has focused on enterprise data protection, Microsoft 365 security and governance, data loss prevention, information protection, AI and Copilot security readiness, and reducing risk in the everyday ways people share and use sensitive information.

Across complex enterprise environments, Pooyan has worked with security, technology, legal, privacy, and business leaders to translate technical controls into programs that people can realistically adopt. His experience includes global security rollouts, end-user communications, behavior-focused interventions, executive workshops, and advising leaders on how to measure meaningful risk reduction beyond training completion.

Pooyan is a frequent presenter to executive and practitioner audiences and is passionate about making cybersecurity easier to understand, more practical to implement, and better aligned with how people actually work. He holds CISSP, CCSP, CISA, PMP, and multiple Microsoft security certifications.
