Oleksii N. is an OSINT Specialist at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in Ukraine, where he focuses on war crimes documentation — primarily the unlawful deportation and transfer of Ukrainian children. His work involves building evidence-ready datasets from open sources, leaked materials, and social media; identifying victims, perpetrators, and institutional chains; and supporting Ukrainian law enforcement with analytical briefs and evidentiary packages. He develops OSINT methodologies and delivers trainings for prosecutors and investigators on digital evidence collection and analytical workflows. Before joining IDLO, Oleksii worked as an investigative journalist at Slidstvo.Info and Texty.org.ua, covering anti-corruption, sanctions policy, Russian influence operations, and disinformation. He has over a decade of experience in teaching and training — as a Senior Tutor at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, an associate trainer at StopFake.org, and a trainer for Internews programs — covering fact-checking, verification, and economic reporting.
