Dr. Nina Kollars

Dr. Kollars is a researcher at the US Naval War College’s Cyber and Innovation Policy Institute. Nina is a co-director of the Maritime Hacking Village whose mission is education and research on cyber vulnerabilities in the maritime domain. She is also an executive bourbon steward.
