Nikki Robinson holds both a DSc in Cybersecurity and a PhD in Human Factors, and has authored two books, Effective Vulnerability Management and Mind the Tech Gap. She serves as an STSM and Senior Manager at IBM, running the Platform Development team, as well as an Adjunct Professor at University of Maryland Global Campus.
NIkki holds over ten different IT and cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP and CEH, and has written many published research articles in IEEE, ACM, and FTC journals. She has over 17 years of IT and cybersecurity operations experience, blending her love of psychology and engineering as a practitioner and researcher. She also holds thirteen filed patents across IT and cybersecurity IP.
