Monisha "Mo" Bush is the US Missions Programs and Partnerships Coordinator for SANS Institute, the most trusted and the largest provider of information security training and certification in the world.  In this role, she helps drive forward all mission programs in the western hemisphere, coordinating with partners and stakeholders such as such as Google, Facebook, Palo Alto Networks, Craig Newmark Philanthropies and Bloomberg as well as external partnerships for DEI cyber training programs with organizations such as WiCyS, Cyversity, Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu, Secure Diversity, and more. She works with organizations that are focused on growing the global cybersecurity talent pipeline and increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the cyber workforce.

 Monisha helps coordinate and manage programs like the SANS Immersion Academies such as the Women’s, Diversity and HBCU academies as well as external programs like the WiCyS scholarship program. All programs are scholarship based opportunities offered to high aptitude candidates who take training and achieve certifications to launch careers in cybersecurity. Monisha oversees the  coordination of SANS academy operations, marketing, products, and career placement. 

Mo also helps lead SANS HBCU efforts and initiatives as the Media Partnerships Coordinator with the SANS+HBCU committee where the Mission is to create a bridge to diversify cybersecurity with innovative Black talent from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. She joined SANS Institute in 2018.
