Molly McLain Sterling

Molly McLain Sterling has been with Medtronic since 2007. She is currently the Director of Security Culture reporting to the CISO.

She regularly serves on committees throughout Medtronic and is very active in the security community, serving on multiple SANS Advisory Boards, co-founding the Midwest Security Awareness Group, and was nominated for a SANS Difference Maker of the Year award in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Masters in Cybersecurity Management.
