Molly Correia

Molly Correia is a Security Engineer Consultant specializing in network security at Con Edison, with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. Her experience includes network security engineering, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), network detection and response (NDR), firewall configuration and management, and identity federation using SAML-based authentication systems. Her Interests focus on the application of AI in cybersecurity, particularly in SOC operations and threat detection, as well as understanding the risks it introduces such as hallucinations and misclassification in security decision-making.
