Michal (Michele) Block

Michal Block is the Director of Intelligence for Skull Games Solutions, where she leads one of the nation’s premier volunteer open-source intelligence (OSINT) teams supporting law enforcement in countering sex trafficking. A former Canadian Armed Forces Intelligence Operator with nearly two decades of analytical and leadership experience, Michal has built a national task force that has grown from eight analysts to more than 200 volunteers supporting over 20 agencies across the United States.

She has developed structured mentorship and leadership programs that foster professional growth and ensure operational excellence within the task force. Michal is passionate about collaboration, training, and empowering skilled analysts to make a tangible difference in the fight against human trafficking.
