With over 15 years of experience in offensive and defensive cybersecurity, incident response, and threat management, he brings deep technical expertise and seasoned leadership to high-impact investigations across a range of global industries.

At Sygnia, Matt coordinates multidisciplinary teams in rapid response scenarios, helping organizations contain threats, recover operations, and strengthen their long-term resilience. Prior to Sygnia, he held leadership positions at Tevora and served as an adjunct professor at UCLA, where he taught offensive security and penetration testing.

He holds industry-recognized certifications including CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GPEN, and Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor, and is an expert in cloud security, incident management, and security governance. With a passion for mentoring teams and improving incident response maturity, Mosley blends tactical experience with a big-picture approach to cybersecurity leadership.
