About Mark Elliott

Mark Elliott has served as an information security professional since 1999 and an information technology professional since taking his first class in computer programming in 1986. He is a retired Army Warrant Officer, having served over 34 years in the Army and the Army National Guard. He has conducted numerous red-team and blue-team assessments and is currently the Chief Technology Officer for Dependable Global Solutions, a small business in Northern Virginia. He has filled many roles for DGS on various contracts, including lead security engineer, digital forensics analyst, and penetration tester. Mark holds the GPEN, GCIH, GCED, CISSP, and PMP.
