Maggie Miller

Maggie Miller is a cybersecurity reporter for POLITICO with a focus on the intersection of cybersecurity and national security. Her beat includes coverage of international threats from Russia, China, Iran and North Korea along with spending time on Capitol Hill reporting on federal cyber policy priorities, and covering agencies including the State Department, the Pentagon and CISA.

Maggie has spent almost a decade covering cyber policy, both at Politico and during previous positions as a cyber reporter at The Hill and as a reporter for Inside Cybersecurity at Inside Washington Publishers. She also has prior experience at Voice of America, KXAN News and the British Embassy.

Maggie holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from American University, and is from Austin, TX originally.
