Itai began his career in Unit 8200, building a strong foundation across cybersecurity, data, and AI before leading AI initiatives wLuca is a Forward-Deployed Engineer at Runlayer, where he works hands-on with enterprise customers to roll out MCP gateways, agent access controls, and shadow AI discovery.

He's spent a decade leading IT, identity, and security teams through hypergrowth at Deel, Lunchbox, and Hopper, most recently as Director of Digital Employee Experience at Deel, where he drove an AI-first, zero-touch strategy across identity, devices, and employee lifecycle automation. Today he helps CTOs, CISOs, and AI enablement teams go all-in on AI without giving up control of identity, data, or spend.
