About Lee Richardson

Lee Richardson focuses on strategic security leadership across UK government, critical national infrastructure, and regulated sectors. He brings 19 years of experience in government and consulting, advising executive boards and leading security for multi-million-pound digital transformations, including large-scale defense programs.

Lee holds the SANS Transformational Cybersecurity Leader Triad and is a member of the GIAC Advisory Board. His work centres on aligning technology and strategy with world-class security culture to build capability that outlasts any single programme.

He specialises in UK critical national infrastructure assurance and government cyber security frameworks, with particular depth in NCSC CAF, GovAssure, and Secure by Design.

He previously led technical assurance teams at the UK Ministry of Defence, developing penetration testing and incident response capabilities.
